Rackley Cottage
Rackley Farm Cottage is situated just outside the village of Compton Bishop at the foot of Crook peak in the Mendip Hills. The area has been designated "An area of outstanding natural beauty" and is a wonderful place to live.

The cottage is detached and at the end of a small lane.

The Old River Axe runs past the bottom of the Garden.

The ground floor consists of a small entrance hall (off which is a downstairs loo) leading to a reception room which is part of the large kitchen. There is a lounge with a woodburner, the stairs lead off from the corner of the lounge behind a door.

The upstairs  has three bedrooms and a bathroom.

Rackley is unfurnished but includes fixtures and fittings etc. Some of the furniture in the pictures will be going with my present house mate. It has central heating fired by fuel oil.

The accomodation will consist of a double bedroom and the run of the rest of the cottage and garden.

The monthly rent is £550 inclusive of utility bills and rates.

A seperate telephone line exists but is not included.

There is a broadband connection which can be shared but is also not included in the rent.

It is 18 miles from Bristol and 10 minutes from the M5.
